Ensuring your workforce is managed properly is simple and efficient in Raken. You can manage who is able to create reports and log time in Raken on a person by person basis. Raken does this by offering two different employee types in Raken, Team Member and Workers.

What is a Team Member?

Team Members in Raken can have varying levels of access to the Raken platform from read only access to Raken all the way to full administrative access. Team members in Raken have the following unique characteristics:

Adding additional team members to an account is limited to those Raken team members with the necessary roles and permissions.


What is a Worker?

Worker records are perfect for managing data for those people in your workforce that need time tracked but do not require full access to the Raken platform. Workers in Raken have the following unique characteristics:
