Ensuring your workforce is managed properly is simple and efficient in Raken. You can manage who is able to create reports and log time in Raken on a person by person basis. Raken does this by offering two different employee types in Raken, Team Member and Workers.
What is a Team Member?
Team Members in Raken can have varying levels of access to the Raken platform from read only access to Raken all the way to full administrative access. Team members in Raken have the following unique characteristics:
Can access the Raken Mobile App and Raken Web App.
Has the ability to log information in the Raken Mobile App and Raken Web App.
Counts towards your purchased license count.
Can have varying levels of roles and permissions.
Can create and manage timecards for themselves and others within your organization.
Can manage 3rd party integrations with the Raken platform.
Can be placed and place others into groups for more efficient workforce management.
Can manage and have certifications associated with their records.
Can approve timecards for their workforce in the Raken web app.
Can be create and manage tasks and observations in the Raken platform.
Can create and manage toolbox talks in Raken.
Can create and manage checklists and forms in Raken.
Note:
Adding additional team members to an account is limited to those Raken team members with the necessary roles and permissions.
What is a Worker?
Worker records are perfect for managing data for those people in your workforce that need time tracked but do not require full access to the Raken platform. Workers in Raken have the following unique characteristics:
Can be placed into groups for more efficient workforce management.
Can have certifications associated with their records.
Can approve their personal timecards in the Raken app or via sms message.
Can sign off on their attendance of toolbox talks.
Can access the Raken App for tracking their own personal timecards.
Requires the Raken Time Clock feature to be enabled in your account.
Note:
Full worker capability is limited to the Raken Performance or Enterprise plan. Limited worker capabilities are available to our Starter and Basic plans. If you would like more information on our different plans our team would love to help!
