Capturing accurate and detailed timecards can help improve your business efficiency. When employees in the field can capture time quickly and accurately they are able to spend more time completing their assigned work.
Time Clock for Team Members
The team member will log into the Raken app using the credentials they set up upon invitation.
Tap the My Time option found just right of center of the navigation bar.
Tap the Select Project button to choose a project to clock into.
Tap the green Clock In button to start your time clock.
While clocked in you can add notes related to the time allocated to the work you are performing.
While clocked in you can log breaks like lunch etc.
When enabled you can associate your timecard to a specific crew.
When you are done working you tap the red Clock Out button.
When Raken Time Clock is enabled Team Members retain the ability to use other tools and features of the Raken app.
Time Clock for Workers
The worker will log into the Raken app using the credentials they set up upon invitation.
Tap the Clock In option found at the left side of the navigation bar.
Tap the Select Project button to choose a project to clock into.
Tap the green Clock In button to start your time clock.
While clocked in you can add notes related to the time allocated to the work you are performing.
While clocked in you can log breaks like lunch etc.
When enabled you can associate your timecard to a specific crew.
When you are done working you tap the red Clock Out button.
When Raken Time Clock is enabled Workers only have the ability to log their own personal time.
