What's Available
Raken supports five cloud storage integrations:
Box — Automatically sync daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks to your Box account
Dropbox — Automatically sync daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks to your Dropbox account
Egnyte — Sync reports and attachments to Egnyte, with optional project folder mapping for organized delivery
Google Drive — Automatically sync daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks to your Google Drive account
Microsoft OneDrive — Automatically sync daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks to your OneDrive account
How It Works
All cloud storage integrations follow the same simple pattern:
Connect — Navigate to Company > Integrations in Raken, click the tile for your storage platform, and authenticate with your credentials.
Sync automatically — Once connected, signed daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks sync automatically to your cloud storage account.
Egnyte also supports optional project folder mapping — link specific Raken projects to their corresponding Egnyte project folders for organized, per-project delivery.

What syncs to cloud storage?
Daily Reports, Super Daily Reports, Collaborator Reports, Project Photos, Checklists, and completed Toolbox Talks sync automatically for all integrations.
Are cloud storage integrations available on all plans?
All five cloud storage integrations require the Performance Plan.
When does data sync?
Data syncs automatically when daily reports are signed. New photos and attachments sync as they are added to the project.
