Once connected, the following content syncs automatically to your Egnyte account:

  • Daily Reports

  • Super Daily Reports

  • Collaborator (Subcontractor) Reports

  • Project Photos

  • Checklists

  • Toolbox Talks

How to Connect Egnyte

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left side navigation, then click Integrations.

Step 2: Connect Egnyte

Click the Egnyte tile to open the integration settings. Click the orange + Connect button in the top right. Enter your Egnyte login credentials in the window that appears. You'll be returned to the Projects section of the Egnyte integration settings.

Using Egnyte Project Folders

Egnyte Project Folders let you route Raken content from specific projects directly into matching Egnyte folders — keeping everything organized per jobsite. Project Folders are a feature of Egnyte's Platform Enterprise-Lite, Platform Enterprise plans, and the AEC Add-On.

How to Set Up Project Folder Mapping

  1. In the Egnyte integration settings in Raken, click the Projects tab on the left.

  2. Select the matching Raken project and Egnyte project folder from the dropdowns.

  3. Click Add configuration to link the projects.

  4. Repeat for each project you want to map.

Once mapped, daily reports and attachments from each configured Raken project sync directly into the corresponding Egnyte project folder.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

My files aren't appearing in Egnyte — what should I check?

Confirm the integration is connected in Company > Integrations. If you've set up project folder mapping, verify that the correct Raken project and Egnyte folder are linked in the Projects tab. Also confirm that daily reports have been signed — unsigned reports do not sync.

Is project folder mapping required?

No. Project folder mapping is optional. Without it, content syncs to your general Egnyte account. With it, content is routed to specific project folders for cleaner organization.

What Egnyte plan do I need for Project Folders?

Project Folders are available on Egnyte's Platform Enterprise-Lite and Platform Enterprise plans, and with the AEC Add-On. Contact Egnyte for plan details.
