  1. Log into the Raken web app and click Company > Integrations.

  2. Click the OneDrive tile and click + Connect.

  3. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials and authorize the connection.

How to Connect OneDrive

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left side navigation, then click Integrations.

Step 2: Connect OneDrive

Click the OneDrive tile to open the integration settings. Click the orange + Connect button in the top right. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials in the window that appears and authorize Raken to access your OneDrive.

Step 3: Confirm the Connection

You'll be returned to the Projects section of the OneDrive integration settings. Your Raken content will begin syncing to OneDrive automatically from this point forward.

My files aren't appearing in OneDrive β€” what should I check?

Confirm the integration is connected in Company > Integrations. Verify that the daily reports have been signed β€” unsigned reports do not sync. Contact Microsoft OneDrive Support if you have account-related questions.

Can I disconnect OneDrive from Raken?

Yes. Navigate to Company > Integrations > OneDrive and use the disconnect option in the Projects section.
