How to Connect Box
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left side navigation, then click Integrations.
Step 2: Connect Box
Click the Box tile to open the integration settings. Click the orange + Connect button in the top right. Enter your Box login credentials in the window that appears.
Step 3: Confirm the Connection
You'll be returned to the Projects section of the Box integration settings. Your Raken content will begin syncing to Box automatically from this point forward.

My files aren't appearing in Box — what should I check?
Confirm that the integration is connected by checking the Box tile in Company > Integrations. If the connection shows as active, verify that the daily reports you're looking for have been signed — unsigned reports do not sync.
Can I disconnect Box from Raken?
Yes. Navigate to Company > Integrations > Box and use the disconnect option in the Projects section. Contact Raken Support if you have questions before disconnecting.
