Checklists
Checklists let your field team complete digital safety and quality inspections directly from the jobsite using Raken's built-in template library or your own custom templates. Each item can be marked Pass, Fail, or N/A. Failed items support corrective action notes and photo attachments. Completed checklists generate PDF reports and feed into Safety & QC Insights dashboards.
Custom checklist templates and scheduling require the Performance Plan. The Raken built-in library is available on all plans.
Toolbox Talks
Toolbox Talks let you schedule and deliver digital safety meetings to your crew from Raken's library of 100+ pre-written topics in English and Spanish — or your own custom topics. Workers sign digitally on the mobile device. Completed talks are tracked with attendance records and feed directly into compliance reports. Available on all plans.
Observations
Observations let supervisors and field crews log jobsite safety and quality concerns — positive or negative — in real time. Each observation is categorized by type, priority, and location, assigned to a team member for resolution, and tracked from open to closed. Observations support photo and file attachments and are exportable in reports. Available on all plans.
Incidents
Incident Tracking lets your team document jobsite events — near misses, injuries, property damage, equipment failures, and more — with full detail including people involved, contributing factors, and corrective actions. Records are stored per project and available in exports. Raken integrates with the OSHA ITA for direct electronic submission. Available on all plans.
Safety & QC Insights
Safety & QC Insights aggregates checklist and quality control data from across all your projects into visual dashboards — HSE checklist completion, compliance by work unit, quality control trends, open issues, and more. Available on all plans; requires active checklist use to populate.
Forms
Raken Forms lets your team digitize, complete, annotate, and share any company or government-required PDF document — directly from the web or mobile app. Upload company-wide templates once and make them available across all projects. Requires the Performance Plan.
Safety Reports
Every safety feature in Raken has a corresponding report available from the project Reports dropdown — including Checklists, Observations, Toolbox talks, Toolbox talks attendance, and Toolbox talks compliance. All reports can be run on demand or scheduled for automatic delivery.
