Troubleshooting & FAQ
The Toolbox talks report says no completed talks were found — why?
This means no toolbox talks were completed on the selected project(s) for the selected time period. Check that the correct project and time frame are selected, and that talks have been completed by your field team.
Can I export checklists for all templates at once?
Yes. Leave the Checklist name field blank to include all templates in the export. The resulting file will include a column identifying which template each completed checklist belongs to.
What observation classes are available?
The Observations report supports five classes: Commissioning, Environmental, General, Quality, and Safety. You can select all or any combination when configuring your report.
