To access Safety & QC reports in Raken:

  1. Log into the Raken web app and click Projects.

  2. Select your project and click the Reports button in the top right of the project page.

Available Safety & QC Reports

Checklists Report

The Checklists report exports a record of all completed checklists for the project — including the template name, completion date, submitted by, and item-level results (Pass/Fail/N/A). Each checklist also has its own individual PDF that can be downloaded from the project's Safety & QC > Checklists > Completed tab.

Observations Report

The Observations report exports all observations logged on the project — including type, sub-type, status, priority, assignee, and description. Use this report to document corrective action history and demonstrate your safety program's effectiveness.

Toolbox Talks Report

The Toolbox talks report exports a full record of all toolbox talks conducted on the project — including the topic, date, and list of attendees. This is your primary documentation for OSHA training records and safety meeting compliance.

Toolbox Talks Attendance Report

The Toolbox talks attendance report shows attendance data across talks — which employees attended which talks, and which talks had attendance gaps. Useful for identifying crew members who may need to make up missed safety training.

Toolbox Talks Compliance Report

The Toolbox talks compliance report shows the completion rate for scheduled talks — what percentage of scheduled talks were actually delivered. Use this to measure how consistently your safety meeting program is being executed.

How to Run a Safety & QC Report

Step 1: Open the Project

Step 5: Download or Email the Report

Click Download to save the report as a PDF or CSV, or click Email to send it directly to a recipient without downloading.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Can I run safety reports across multiple projects at once?

Individual safety reports are run at the project level. For cross-project safety analytics, use the Safety & QC Insights dashboard under Dashboard > Insights > Safety.

Can I schedule safety reports to be emailed automatically?

Scheduled report distribution is available for daily reports. For safety reports, download or email them manually as needed. Contact Raken Support if you need guidance on setting up recurring report workflows.

What format are safety reports exported in?

Checklists export as individual PDFs per checklist. Observations, Toolbox talks, and attendance/compliance reports export as PDFs or CSVs depending on the report type.
