Once the correct configuration details are shared, SSO can typically be enabled in minutes.

Does SSO control user permissions inside Raken?

No. Raken SSO supports authentication only. Roles and permissions are still managed inside Raken under Company > Roles & permissions.

Can individual employees bypass SSO if needed?

Yes. An SSO bypass option can be enabled per employee from their profile page in the Raken web app.
