How to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Go to the Login Screen

On the Raken web app at app.rakenapp.com/login or in the mobile app, click or tap Forgot Password.

Step 2: Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Raken account and click Continue.

Step 3: Check Your Inbox

Check your email for a reset link from Raken. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, you may have unsubscribed — contact us via chat and we'll reset it manually.
