How to Set Up Your Account on the Web
Step 1: Register or Accept Your Invitation
Visit the Raken Registration Page to start a free trial, or click the link in your invitation email to join an existing account.
Step 2: Log In
Log in at app.rakenapp.com using your email address and password.
Step 3: Set Up Your Company
Configure your Company info (logo, brand color), add employees under Directory > Employees (see How to Add and Manage Employees in Raken), and create your first project under Projects > + New Project.

Step 1: Download the Raken App
Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
Tap Sign In if you have an existing account or invitation. Tap Get Started to create a new account and start a free trial.
Step 3: Subscribe When You're Ready
Tap More in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Subscription — or contact our team directly.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I was invited but can't find the invitation email — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, ask your Account Admin to resend the invitation from Directory > Employees, or contact us at help@rakenapp.com.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, click or tap Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the link in the reset email.
How long does the free trial last?
