Raken Plans

  • Basic β€” Core daily reporting, time tracking, project management, and team collaboration.

  • Performance β€” Everything in Basic, plus Segments, Production Tracking, RFIs, Photo and File Favorites, Per Diem, Overtime Premiums, and more.

A free trial is available so you can explore Raken before committing to a plan.

How to Subscribe from the Mobile App

Step 1: Open the App

Open the Raken mobile app.

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription

Tap More in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Subscription.

Step 3: Select a Plan

Choose the subscription type that fits your team and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Performance later?

Yes. Contact our sales team at any time to upgrade. Your existing data is preserved.

How do I manage my billing?

Billing is managed under Company > Billing in the Raken web app. For billing questions, contact hello@rakenapp.com.


Technical Specifications

  • Plans available: Basic, Performance

  • Free trial: Available for new accounts

  • Compatibility: iOS 15+, Android 10+, and all major web browsers


Considerations

  • Some features β€” including Production Tracking, RFIs, Segments, Per Diem, and Overtime Premiums β€” require the Performance Plan.

  • The Time Clock add-on is available on all plans at an additional cost. Contact your account manager for details.
