How to Reset Your Raken Password

Can't log in to Raken? Resetting your password takes less than two minutes from the web or mobile app.

On the Raken login screen, click or tap Forgot Password, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox to create a new password.


How to Reset Your Password on the Web

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Step 2: Click Forgot Password

Click the Forgot Password link below the login form.

Step 3: Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Raken account and click Continue.

Step 4: Check Your Email

Check your inbox for a reset link from Raken. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.


How to Reset Your Password on Mobile

Step 1: Open the Raken App

Open the Raken mobile app and tap Sign In.

Step 2: Tap Forgot Password

Tap the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

Step 3: Enter Your Email and Check Your Inbox

Enter your email address and tap Continue. Follow the reset link in your inbox to create a new password.


Troubleshooting & FAQ

I didn't receive the reset email β€” what do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, you may have unsubscribed from Raken emails in the past. Start a chat at rakenapp.com/raken-customer-success-hub and we'll reset it manually.

I don't know which email address I used for Raken

Contact your Account Admin β€” they can look up your employee record in Directory > Employees. If you're the Account Admin, contact us at help@rakenapp.com.

The reset link expired β€” what do I do?

Return to the login screen and repeat the Forgot Password process to receive a new link.

  • Compatibility: iOS 15+, Android 10+, and all major web browsers

  • Plan Required: All plans

  • Role Required: Any user with a Raken login


Considerations

  • Password resets are sent to the email address on file. Keep your email current in your employee profile.

  • Workers (no-login role) do not have a Raken password and cannot reset one.
