Your Account Admin will send you an email invitation with a link to create your password. Once set up, log in at app.rakenapp.com or through the mobile app. If you haven't received your invitation, check your spam folder or ask your Account Admin to resend it.

I've Been Invited to Collaborate on a Project

You'll receive an email with login instructions. Follow the link to set up your access and join the project. If you haven't received it, contact your partner or supervisor to have it resent.

How to Set Up Your Account on the Web

Step 1: Accept Your Invitation

Click the link in your invitation email to join an existing account.

Step 2: Log In

Step 3: Set Up Your Company

Configure your Company info (logo, brand color), add employees under Directory > Employees, and create your first project under Projects > + New Project.

Step 4: Subscribe When You're Ready

How to Set Up Your Account on Mobile

Step 1: Download the Raken App

Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

Tap Sign In if you have an existing account or invitation. Tap Get Started to create a new account and start a free trial.

Step 3: Subscribe When You're Ready

Tap More in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Subscription — or contact our team directly.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

I was invited but can't find the invitation email — what do I do?

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, ask your Account Admin to resend the invitation from Directory > Employees, or contact us at support@rakenapp.com. If you're a project collaborator rather than a company employee, contact whoever invited you (your partner or supervisor at the inviting company) to have it resent instead.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the login screen, click or tap Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the link in the reset email.

How long does the free trial last?

Can I create my own account if my company already uses Raken?

No. You need to be invited by your Account Admin. Creating a new account would be a separate, unconnected company account.

What plans does Raken offer?
