Connect Raken to Procore to automatically transfer your field data — daily reports, photos, checklists, toolbox talks, and RFI PDFs — into your Procore project folders. You can also access the full Raken web app directly inside Procore using the embedded partner card, so your team never has to switch between platforms.
Quick Answer
To connect Procore to Raken:
Log into the Raken web app and click Company > Integrations.
Click the Procore tile and click + Connect.
Authenticate with your Procore credentials, then link your Raken and Procore projects.
Requires the Performance Plan.
What Syncs to Procore
Once your projects are linked, the following content syncs automatically to the Core Tools > Documents module in Procore after daily reports are signed:
Daily Reports
Super Daily Reports
Collaborator (Subcontractor) Reports
Project Photos
Checklists
Toolbox Talks
RFI PDFs
You can also optionally enable syncing of Notes, Work Logs, and Checklists from Raken directly to their native equivalent items in Procore (not just as document attachments). Configure this in the integration settings after connecting.
How to Connect Procore
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log into the Raken web app. Click Company in the left side navigation, then click Integrations.
Step 2: Connect Procore
Click the Procore tile to open the integration settings. Click the orange + Connect button in the top right. Enter your Procore login credentials in the window that appears. You'll be returned to the Projects section of the integration settings.
Step 3: Link Your Projects
In the Projects section, choose the Raken project, Company Name, and corresponding Procore project from the dropdowns, then click + Configuration. Repeat for each project you want to connect.
Step 4: Configure Optional Sync Settings
In the integration settings, you can enable optional syncing of Notes, Work Logs, and Checklists to native Procore items. Toggle these on as needed.
Raken Embedded Experience for Procore
In addition to the document sync, you can add the Raken partner card inside Procore to access the full Raken web app without leaving your Procore account.
How to Set Up the Embedded Experience
Log into your Procore account and open a project.
Click the Apps menu in the top right corner.
Click App Marketplace at the bottom of the list.
Search for Raken and select the Raken app from the results.
Click the orange Install button in the top right, then click Confirm.
Choose the project(s) to install the Raken app for — or check the box to add it to all active and future projects.
Give the app a name (we suggest Raken) and click Create.
Return to your project, click the Apps menu, and select Raken from the list.
Enter your Raken credentials when prompted. The full Raken web app will load directly inside Procore.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
My reports aren't syncing to Procore — what should I check?
Data syncs only after daily reports are signed. Unsigned reports are not transferred. Verify that your projects are correctly linked in the integration settings, and that the Procore project has the Documents module enabled.
I was invited to Procore by a third party — will the integration work?
If you were invited to a Procore account by a third party, the third party must grant you the proper permissions in Procore for the integration to function. Contact your Procore account owner if you're unsure about your permission level.
Can I connect one Raken project to multiple Procore projects?
Each Raken project maps to one Procore project via the configuration. Contact Raken Support if you need help with a complex project mapping setup.
Does the embedded experience replace the document sync?
No — they're separate features. The document sync pushes Raken content into Procore's Documents module automatically. The embedded experience gives you access to the full Raken app from within Procore's interface. You can use both simultaneously.
