I'm Joining My Company's Existing Raken Account
Your Account Admin will send you an email invitation with a link to create your password. Once set up, log in at app.rakenapp.com or through the mobile app. If you haven't received your invitation, check your spam folder or ask your Account Admin to resend it.
I've Been Invited to Collaborate on a Project
You'll receive an email with login instructions. Follow the link to set up your access and join the project. If you haven't received it, contact your partner or supervisor to have it resent.

I never received my invitation email — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, ask your Account Admin to resend it from Directory > Employees. Still having trouble? Contact us at help@rakenapp.com.
Can I create my own account if my company already uses Raken?
No. You need to be invited by your Account Admin. Creating a new account would be a separate, unconnected company account.
What plans does Raken offer?
Raken is available on Basic and Performance plans, with a free trial for new accounts. See Purchasing Raken for more information.

Considerations
If you're joining an existing company account, your Account Admin must invite you — you cannot add yourself.
