Logging In
Step 1: Open the App
Open the Raken app. You will see two options on the welcome screen:
Get Started — creates a brand new trial account. Only use this if you are setting up Raken for the first time.
Sign In — use this if you have an existing account or have been invited to join your company's Raken account.
Step 2: Sign In
Tap Sign In and enter the email address your administrator used to invite you, along with your password. If you haven't set up your password yet, check your email for the Raken invitation and follow the link to create one.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I can't find the Raken app in the App Store or Play Store.
Make sure your device meets the minimum OS requirements (iOS 15+ or Android 10+). Try searching "Raken construction" if plain "Raken" returns too many results.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I keep the app up to date?
Enable automatic updates in your device settings, or manually update Raken from the App Store or Google Play when a new version is available.

Considerations
The Raken mobile app requires an invitation from an Account Administrator — field workers cannot create company accounts from the app.
Project Workers using Time Clock will receive a separate invitation email to set up their login.
