Tracking progress and time across multiple projects in Raken has never been easier. Our new features are designed to help you quickly log and manage your time in the app. The Raken web experience is also getting an upgrade, enabling you to create custom time and payroll policies. Ensure your employees' time is managed by the correct rules, no matter what project they are working on.
If you are an existing Raken client, you'll need to review and update your time policy settings to activate these new features. Please keep an eye out for emails and in-app messages with detailed instructions or reach out to Raken support with any questions.
Time Policies
Raken time tracking policies allow you to be able to precisely manage those internal policies that effect how time is captured for your organization. With time policies you can manage time card verification, cost codes, pay types and more. You can learn more about setting up time policies with this short video and this document.
Time Card Rounding
In some cases your operations may require that your employees timecards are rounded off to specific increments for payroll and accounting practices. Raken allows you to choose from an extensive list of rounding options to meet your companies needs.
Crew Time Management
Crew time management will enable supervisors in the field to review, update and approve employee and crew timesheets across projects.
Streamlined Project Switching
Having quick access to project tools can help ensure that notes, logs, photos and files are easier and quicker to add the application. The Raken app now opens up directly to your project removing the need of having to scroll through list of projects before getting to work.
