Allowing supervisors and managers to have easy access to create and manage timecards across projects and jobsites for their crews and employees is vital in ensuring timecards are accurate and in ensuring that projects are proceeding as planned.

Create Crew Time Card
Quickly create time cards for crews big or small with exact details such as start and end times and cost code assignment.
Steps
Log into the Raken mobile app.
Tap the Time button found in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Clock tab found near the top of the screen.
Tap the Ellipsis button found in the top right corner of the screen.
If a crew is not selected you will be prompted to create a new crew or select a crew that has been created in your organizations account. You can learn how to create crews on the Raken web app here.
Select the time activity action that you would like to perform.
Once the activity is selected you will be prompted to select specific employees. Employees are broken up based off of the policy for which they are assigned.
Once employees are selected you will select the project for which the time card will be assigned.
If the employees time policy requires a cost code and allows for cost code switching you will have the option to select a cost code.
Tap the orange button found in the top right corner of the screen.
The text of the button will be dependent on the time activity being logged.
Perform steps 4-9 to perform any additional time activities.
To create crew time cards you must have Time Policies enabled in your Raken account. You can learn how to get started with Time Policies here.
Viewing and Reviewing Crew Time Cards
Once a time card is created a supervisor can review and approve the time out in the field. This ensures that time and payroll is always processed accurately and quickly.

Steps
Log into the Raken mobile app.
Tap the Time button found in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Entries tab found near the top of the screen.
From the Entries tab you will be able to see individual time card entries for each employee in the selected crew. You can tap a time entry to edit details for that time entry.
Tap the Calendar button in the top right corner of the screen to select and view time entries from different pay periods.
Tap the Ellipsis button in the top right corner of the screen to switch crews or edit the crew that is already selected. You can also approve all time entries in the pay period by tapping the Approve all option.
Tap the Summary tab found near the top of the screen.
All employees from the selected crew will appear with a total view of their time for the most recent pay period.
Tapping an employees name will display each individual time entry for that employee in the selected pay period.
Tap the Calendar button in the top right corner of the screen to select and view time entries from different pay periods.
Tap the Ellipsis button in the top right corner of the screen to switch crews or edit the crew that is already selected. You can also approve all time entries in the pay period by tapping the Approve all option.
Tap the Review tab found near the top of the screen.
Five characteristics of time cards will be displayed to review.
Clock in/out questions - Review the responses that employees provide when answering clock in/out questions.
Photo ID - Review failed image verification for employee time cards.
Time card issues - Review errors for time cards captured by employees in your crew.
Sign off - View those employees in your crew to see if they have signed off on their time cards.
Approvals - Approve and review previously approved time cards.
