Setting Up Your Accounts Time Policies
Tracking time in the field through the Raken app can start at any time. With that being said, setting up your account with your desired time tracking policies ensures all time cards are captured correctly the first time, and that your team can process that time quickly and easily.
Sometimes your employees may work on projects unique time tracking requirements that do not match their assigned time policy. You can choose to enable project level exceptions to time policies where the employees default time policy is overridden by the project level time policy.
Time policies will automatically be enabled for all accounts on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. We recommend that you that you enable and set up your organizations time policies prior to that date. You can do so by following the steps found in our Time Policies Quick Start Guide or by following the steps and instructions found above.
Setting Up General Time Settings
Additional time settings dictate the interval of your pay periods, time card verification and more.
