Breaks Requirements

Raken gives you the flexibility to capture breaks in a number of different ways, depending on the requirements for the job or state you are working in. You may require breaks to be captured by duration, start and end time, or start time and duration.

Adjusting "breaks requirements" can be done in the project settings or via project template to be applied to multiple projects. Raken's default behavior is to capture start time and duration with end time calculated automatically.

Adjusting 'Breaks Requirement' within a Project

  1. Log into the Raken web app.

  2. Enter any project

  3. Navigate to Project Settings

  4. Find Payroll and Time

  5. In the Track Time tab locate Timecard Requirements

  6. Here you will find a dropdown for Breaks Requirement

Adjusting 'Breaks Requirement' within a Project Template
