Raken takes account security and data integrity seriously. To protect your account, Raken limits the number of devices that can be logged in simultaneously under a single set of credentials. Alerts on the Raken Web App

If the maximum number of concurrent device logins is reached, you'll see a banner at the top of the page when you log into the Raken web app. Contact your Account Administrator or Raken Support to resolve it.


Alerts on the Raken Mobile App

If the maximum number of concurrent device logins is reached, you'll see an alert when you attempt to log into the Raken mobile app. Contact your Account Administrator or Raken Support to regain access.

A credentials alert appears when too many devices are logged in simultaneously using the same Raken account. This can happen if you've logged in on multiple devices without logging out, or if your credentials are being used on devices you no longer use.
