Manually transferring crucial job cost and payroll data between systems can be time-consuming and lead to errors in your data. Raken's integration with Viewpoint Vista allows teams to fully automate the data transfer process so that your most critical information is no longer siloed and is free of any errors in all systems. This allows the field team to capture time cards on the job with the confidence of knowing they are using data that is in sync with your ERP and will be easily pushed back to Vista when it's time to process payroll.

Raken's integration with Viewpoint Vista is designed to relieve the manual process of exporting data from Vista and importing or manually entering it Raken. Once integrated, your Projects, Workers, Cost Codes, and Classifications will be kept in sync with your Vista database every 30 minutes so that you no longer have to worry about managing your resource lists in both systems. When it's time to process payroll, you can easily push your Time Cards back to Vista with the click of a button.
