Share files with your project team and eliminate time-consuming switching between applications by connecting the Raken + Procore integration. Your Raken daily reports, subcontractor reports, photos, videos, and other project documents will automatically transfer into your Procore project folders.

Steps:

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the Company tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the Integrations tab.

  4. Click on the tile for Procore to open the integration settings.

  5. Click the orange + Connect button in the top right of the page.

  6. Enter your Procore login credentials in the window that appears.

  7. You'll be returned to the Projects section of the Procore settings, where you'll be able to link your Raken projects to the projects you have set up in your Procore account. Simply choose the Raken project, Company Name, and Procore project from the dropdowns and click + Configuration.

  8. Repeat step 7 for all projects you would like to connect.

  9. Once your projects daily reports are signed your new Daily Reports, Super Daily Reports, Collaborator Reports, Project Photos, Checklists and Toolbox talks will start syncing for the selected projects and will be visible in the Core Tools > Documents module in Procore.

    1. Within the integration settings you can also choose to sync notes, worklogs and checklists from Raken directly to the equivalent items in Procore.
