Manually transferring crucial job cost and payroll data between systems can be time-consuming and lead to errors in your data. Raken's integration with Sage 300 CRE allows teams to automate the data transfer process so that your most critical information is no longer siloed and is free of any errors in all systems. This allows the field team to capture time cards on the job with the confidence of knowing they are using data that is in sync with your ERP and will be easily imported back into Vista when it's time to process payroll.

Overview

Raken's integration with Sage 300 CRE is designed to relieve the manual process of exporting data from Vista and importing or manually entering it Raken. Once integrated, your Projects, Workers, Cost Codes, and Classifications will be kept in sync with your Sage 300 CRE database every 30 minutes so that you no longer have to worry about managing your resource lists in both systems. When it's time to process payroll, you can easily export formatted time card files to be imported into Sage 300 CRE with the click of a button.
