How To Enable and Configure the FOUNDATION Integration from Your Raken Account

Process payroll faster with the Raken + FOUNDATION Software integration. Save time and eliminate errors caused by manual data entry by simply exporting timecard data from Raken into a pre-formatted CSV file and uploading it into your FOUNDATION account.

Steps:

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click the "Company" tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the "Integrations" tab.

  4. Click on the tile for FOUNDATION to open the integration settings.

  5. Click the orange "+ Enable" button in the top right.

  6. Your FOUNDATION integration is enabled, and your Raken Timecard and Payroll CSV reports will now match the FOUNDATION format for easy importing.

Note:

In order for the Foundation formatted CSV to import properly, there are required fields on Raken that must be filled out. These required fields are:

  • Job number (Job ID #

  • Employee ID (Employee No.)

  • Phase Number (If applicable)

  • Cost Code

Requirements

Raken: Please verify that you have either the Professional or Performance plan. If you need to upgrade your Raken account, feel free to contact us!

Foundation: You must have an active FOUNDATION account to be able to import the CSV files after enabling the integration. The integration can be a custom configuration and if you need assistance with setting this up, please reach out to your FOUNDATION account rep or contact FOUNDATION Support.
