Construction is inherently a collaborative industry and so it's critical to stay in communication with all of your subcontractors and trades. We've made it easy in Raken by letting them submit their reports to you directly in Raken. Read below to learn how to invite them.
What is a Collaborator?
A Raken Collaborator is a person outside of your organization that you require to provide basic documentation and tracking of their work that is completed in the field. Typically collaborators are subcontractors or third party contractors that are completing work on your project.
When invited to a project a Raken Collaborator does not occupy any of your purchased licenses.
Raken Collaborators only have access to view and edit those items that are shared with them or entered by them.
What Raken Features can a Collaborator Access?
Those people invited to a project as a Raken Collaborator have access to create basic daily reports on those projects that you allow them. Once completed, a collaborators daily report can be viewed in a Super Daily Report.
In addition to the basic daily report Raken Collaborators can participate in the below features when invited or assigned by a licensed member of your organizations Raken account.
