Troubleshooting & FAQ
Can I create a project from the mobile app?
Yes. See How to Create a Project from the Raken Mobile App for the full mobile walkthrough.
Can I edit project details after saving?
Yes. Navigate to Projects → select your project → Settings → General → Info to update the project name, address, dates, or other details at any time.
What is a project template?
Project templates let you pre-configure daily report settings, survey questions, and email recipients so you don't have to set them up from scratch on every new project. Templates are managed under Company > Project templates, and can be applied when creating a project on either web or mobile.
What's the difference between project groups and project templates?
Project groups organize and filter your projects list. Project templates control report settings. A project can belong to multiple groups and use one template.
How do I make a project inactive, or delete it?
See How to Change a Project's State in Raken for the full walkthrough of Active, Inactive, and Deleted states.
