Raken Time Clock Reporting

Using Raken Time Clock enables you and your team to have advanced reporting for time cards and time keeping.

With Raken Time Clock enabled you and your team have the ability to gain useful insights into your workforces location as they clock in and out of projects as well as the ability to view when your workforce is on the clock. With this added context time theft and buddy punching and timecard errors can be reduced.


Project Map and the Time Card Violations Report

The Project Map and the Time Card Violations report allows you to see where your employees time entries are occurring and determine which employees are in violation of your organizations time keeping policies. This added visibility ensures that timecard theft is identified and avoided.

For GPS coordinates to register for the Project Map and Time Card Violations report the Raken mobile app will require that location services be enabled. This setting can be found within the settings app for Android and iOS.


Setting Up A Project Radius

For the Project Map and Time Card Violations report to display pertinent information a project must have a project radius set.

Steps

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click on the Project tab that is found at the top of the page.

  3. Select the project for which you would like to set a project radius.

  4. Click the Settings menu on the left side of the page.

  5. Click the option for Payroll and time.

  6. On the page that appears click the option found at the top of the page labeled Project Radius.

  7. Use the slider to set the Project Radius.

    1. A location must be set for the project to enable a project radius. This can be done on the general info screen.

  8. Click the Save button found at the top right corner of the page.


Viewing the Project Map

The project map allows you to see on a map where your employees time activities are occurring. Those events that occur outside of the set project radius will be set in red.

Steps

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click on the Project tab that is found at the top of the page.

  3. Select the project for which you would like to view the project map.

  4. Click the Production menu on the left side of the page.

  5. Click the option labeled Map.

  6. On the page that appears you will see the location for time activities.

    1. In the top left corner of the map you can adjust the view based off of the date of the time activity.

    2. In the top left corner you can also filter the map view for the below criteria.

      • Time clock status

      • Event types

      • Employees

      • Event origin

      • Violations

      • No GPS

  7. On the right side of the page you will see a list of all employees with information displayed on the map view.


Generating a Time Card Violations Report

The time card violations report produces a list of those time activities that occurred for specified project, employees and date range.

Steps

  1. Log into the Raken Web App.

  2. Click on the Project tab that is found at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the Reports button found near the top right corner of the page.

  4. Select the Time card violations option from the drop down that appears.

    1. Specify the project that should be included in the report.

    2. Specify the employees that should be included in the report.

    3. Specify the timeframe.

    4. Specify the email address where the report should be sent.

  5. Click the orange Send button.
