Troubleshooting & FAQ
Why are my All-Time Stats showing zeros?
All-Time Stats pulls from completed daily log entries. If your team hasn't been submitting daily reports for the selected time period and projects, all figures will show zero. Adjust the time range and project scope to verify data exists.
What counts as a Safety Incident in All-Time Stats?
Safety Incidents are logged directly in the daily report's Safety section. Only entries explicitly recorded as incidents are counted here.
