Raken Insights automatically tracks which team members are submitting the most daily reports and entries. The Top Users view in Insights gives you visibility into field engagement — helping you identify who is consistently logging their work and who may need a nudge.

To view Top Users, log into the Raken web app, click Dashboard, click Insights, and scroll down to the Top Users table in the Daily logs section.
How to View Top Users
Log into the Raken web app.
Click Dashboard in the left side navigation.
Click Insights, then click Daily logs in the sub-menu.
Scroll down to the Top Users table.
Use the time range dropdown in the top right to adjust the period — options include Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 4 weeks, This month, Last month, and Last 3 months.
Click any column header to sort the table by that attribute.
Click the download icon to the right of the section to export the Top Users data as a CSV.
What Top Users Shows
The Top Users table shows each team member's activity for the selected period, including the number of completed daily reports and total entries submitted. Team members who haven't submitted any reports during the selected period will also appear — making it easy to identify non-compliance at a glance.

Can I filter Top Users to a specific project?
Yes. Use the project scope dropdown at the top right of the Insights page to filter the view to selected projects, active projects only, or project groups.
Who appears in the Top Users table?
All team members with access to the projects in your selected scope appear in the table, regardless of whether they've submitted any entries. This lets you quickly spot who hasn't been logging their work.
