Raken Insights gives you a real-time view of manpower trends across your projects — so you can see exactly where your workers and hours are being spent without compiling reports manually.

Quick Answer

To view Manpower Insights, log into the Raken web app, click Dashboard, click Insights, then click Daily logs. The Workers by Project chart and manpower data are in this section.

How to View Manpower Data in Insights

  1. Log into the Raken web app.

  2. Click Dashboard in the left side navigation.

  3. Click Insights, then click Daily logs.

  4. Review the All Time Stats bar at the top — it shows total Man Days and Hours worked for the selected period.

  5. Scroll down to the Workers by Project chart — this plots manpower trends over time for your most active projects, with an average line for quick comparison.

  6. Use the time range dropdown in the top right to adjust the period.

  7. Click the Recent Projects dropdown on the chart to toggle between your most recently active projects or a custom selection of up to 5 projects.

  8. Click the download icon on the chart to export the manpower data as a CSV.

How to Export Manpower Data

Two export options are available:

  • From Insights — click the download icon on the Workers by Project chart to export that chart's data as CSV.

  • From the Reports menu — for a detailed manpower export organized by project and date, use Projects > Reports > Manpower and send it to your email as a CSV.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why is my manpower chart showing no data?

The Workers by Project chart pulls data from Work logs entered in your daily reports. If your team hasn't been logging Work logs for the selected period and projects, the chart will be empty. Confirm that field entries are being submitted and adjust the time range.

What's the difference between Man Days and Hours in All Time Stats?

Man Days counts the total number of individual worker-day entries (one entry per person per day). Hours shows the total labor hours logged across all Work logs for the selected period.
