The Activity feed gives you a real-time view of everything your field team submits across all your projects — from work logs and notes to photos and checklists.

Quick Answer

To access the Activity feed:

  1. Log into the Raken web app and click Dashboard in the left navigation.

  2. Click Activity.

  3. The feed loads automatically showing the last 30 days of activity across all your active projects.

How to Use the Activity Feed

Step 1: Navigate to Activity

Log into the Raken web app. Click Dashboard in the left side navigation bar, then click Activity.

Step 2: Choose Your View

Toggle between two display modes using the icon in the top right:

  • Card view — each entry displays as a visual card with the submission, description, and any attachments inline

  • Table view — a compact list best for scanning large volumes quickly

Step 3: Adjust the Date Range

Click the Last 30 Days dropdown to change the time window — options include Today, Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, This month, Last month, and Last 3 months.

Step 4: Filter the Feed

Click Filters to narrow results by Project, Member, or Activity type. Click Apply to update. Click Clear All to reset.

Step 5: Open an Entry

In table view, click the ellipsis (…) on any row to open the full entry. In card view, click anywhere on the card.

Step 6: Export

Click the export icon in the top right to download the current Activity feed view as a CSV.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why don't I see activity from all my projects?

Account Admins see activity across all projects. Project Admins and Members see only their assigned projects. Confirm your role under Company > Roles & permissions.

Is the Activity feed available on mobile?

A limited version is available on mobile via More > Activity. The full Activity feed with all filters and export options is web only.

Can I edit an entry from the Activity feed?

No. The Activity feed is read-only. To edit an entry, navigate directly to the project and open the record from Daily logs.

Technical Specifications
