Keeping up with what's happening across all your projects shouldn't mean opening each one individually. The Activity feed gives you a single, real-time view of everything your field team submits — notes, photos, checklists, and more — so you can stay informed and respond fast without leaving your dashboard.
Quick Answer
To view the Activity feed, click Dashboard in the left navigation of the Raken web app, then click Activity. Use the date range and filter options to narrow results by project, team member, or activity type. Each entry links directly to the original record.
How to Use the Activity Feed on the Web
Step 1: Navigate to Activity
Log into the Raken Web App. Click Dashboard in the left side navigation bar, then click Activity. The feed loads automatically showing activity from the last 30 days across all active projects.
Step 2: Choose Your View
The Activity feed supports two display modes. Toggle between them using the icon in the top right corner of the page:
Card view — Each entry displays as a visual card showing the submission, description, and any attachments inline.
Table view — A compact list with columns for Created date, Log date, Created by, Project, Activity type, Entity name, Description, and Attachments. Useful for scanning high volumes of activity quickly.
Step 3: Adjust the Date Range
Click the Last 30 Days dropdown at the top left to change the time window. Available options are Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 4 weeks, This month, Last month, and Last 3 months.
Step 4: Filter the Feed
Click Filters to narrow results. You can filter by:
Project — Show activity from one or more specific projects.
Member — Show activity submitted by a specific team member.
Activity type — Show only a specific type of entry, such as Notes.
Click Apply to update the feed. Click Clear All to reset filters.
Step 5: View or Act on an Entry
In table view, click the ellipsis (…) menu on any row to open the entry and view its full details. In card view, click anywhere on the card. Each entry links directly to the original record in the relevant project.
Step 6: Export
Click the export icon (top right of the page) to download the current Activity feed view as a CSV file. The export reflects your current filters and date range.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Why don't I see activity from all my projects?
The Activity feed shows entries from projects you have access to based on your role. Account Admins see activity across all projects. Project Admins and Members see activity only on their assigned projects. If a project is missing, confirm your role assignment under Company > Roles & permissions.
What types of activity show up in the feed?
The feed captures submissions across daily log types. Based on the Activity type filter options, this includes Notes and General notes at minimum. The feed reflects what your team enters in the field across Daily logs.
Can I see who submitted each entry?
Yes. The Created by column in table view (and the byline in card view) shows the name of the team member who submitted the entry, along with the date and time it was created and the date it was logged for.
Is the Activity feed available on mobile?
No. The Activity feed is available on the Raken web app only. Field teams submit entries on mobile, and those submissions appear in the web Activity feed.
