How to Use the Raken Dashboard

In this article, learn how to use the Raken Dashboard to monitor field activity, review reports, access Insights, and stay on top of your projects in real time.

The Raken Dashboard is your home base for monitoring everything happening across your projects. From one screen you can review field submissions, check report status, track compliance, and access Insights — without opening individual projects one by one.

To access the Dashboard:

  1. Log into the Raken web app.

  2. Click Dashboard in the left side navigation.

  3. Choose a section: Activity, Reports, Insights, or Live views.


Dashboard Sections

Activity

The Activity feed shows a real-time, chronological list of everything your field team has submitted across all your projects — work logs, notes, photos, checklists, and more. Filter by project, team member, or activity type. Toggle between Card view and Table view.

Reports

The Reports section gives you a chronological view of daily report status across all your projects — showing which reports are completed, unsigned, or missed. Use Filters to narrow by project or report status.

Insights

The Insights section aggregates field data from your daily logs into visual dashboards covering daily logs performance, safety, quality control, and tasks. Use the time range and project scope filters in the top right to adjust the data window.

Live Views

The Live views section connects your account to third-party jobsite visibility tools — including TrueLook, EarthCam, HoloBuilder, and DroneDeploy — so you can view live camera feeds and 360° imagery without leaving Raken.


Dashboard on Mobile

On mobile, tap More in the bottom navigation bar. Under the Activity section you can view field activity across your projects. Tapping an entry redirects you to the relevant project.


Troubleshooting & FAQ

Can I filter the Dashboard to a specific project?

Yes. Use the Filters button in the Activity or Reports views to narrow results to one or more specific projects.

Who can see the Dashboard?

Account Admins see data across all projects. Project Admins and Members see data only for their assigned projects.

Is the Dashboard available on mobile?

A limited Activity view is available on mobile via More > Activity. The full Dashboard — including Reports, Insights, and Live views — is available on the web app only.

  • Offline Capability: No — requires an active connection

Considerations

  • The Dashboard defaults to the Activity view when you first log in.

  • Live views requires separate accounts with third-party platforms (TrueLook, EarthCam, HoloBuilder, DroneDeploy).
