Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why didn't my team get a notification about their new shift?

Notifications require a valid email or phone number in the employee's profile. Check Company > Employees in the web app to confirm contact info is current.

Can I change a recurring shift for just one day?

Yes. When you edit a repeating shift and tap Save, Raken will ask if you want to apply changes to just that event, all future events, or every event in the series.

How will workers see their schedule?

Employees receive a text message with their scheduled shift information. They can also view upcoming shifts in the Schedule tab of the Raken app.
