Not all projects are the same and as such, the reports for each of your projects may need to be slightly different. Project Templates are a great way to account for these differences and make sure that it's simple to get your team up and running when you start a new project. Follow the steps below to edit and apply your project templates!
Editing Project Templates
Log into the Raken Web App
Click on the Company button on the left side of the page.
Select the Project templates option from the menu that appears.
To edit an existing project template, you will click the menu button to the right of the template that you would like to edit, you will then select the Edit option.
To create a new Project template you can you can click the + New project template button in the top right corner of the page.
Project Templates can be edited in multiple ways including making changes to General settings, Daily Reports, Survey Questions, Daily Report Email Recipients and photo watermarks.
General - You can adjust general project details such as how the date is displayed, when weather data is captured, when daily reports are required and what language daily reports are displayed in.
Daily Report - You can select what type of information is included on a
project Daily Report.Survey Questions - You can adjust what survey questions are required on the project daily report. Surveys can appear in your company's Daily Reports and your collaborators' reports.
Daily Report Email Recipients - You can choose who automatically receives completed daily reports.
Watermark - Activate watermarks on mobile photos and choose the features you'd like to include in the watermarked image.
When you have made changes to a project template, click the orange Save button in the top right corner of the page, all projects that you create in the future with that template will have the settings adjusted according to your needs.
