Ensuring your team collects essential information daily is simple with Raken. By customizing the Daily Report survey questions, you can capture the specific data and project requirements you need. Your team can then gather the right information quickly and efficiently. Follow the steps below to get started.
Steps:
Log in through the Raken Web App.
Select the "Projects" option located on the left hand side of your screen.
Within your project select the "Settings" button at the bottom of the menu bar.
Open the "Daily Reporting" section.
Then click over to survey in the top bar menu.
Add questions by selecting a category at the top of the list, type out your question, and then click on the green "+" button to the right of the first line.
Move questions by clicking and dragging questions by the five lines next to the question number.
Delete questions by clicking the trash can icon to the right of the question
When you have made the edits you need, click "Save" in the top right of the window.
Considerations:
Survey questions can also be adjusted in the Company menu if you would like to adjust survey questions across multiple projects. In the Project Templates section enter your desired template and go to the Daily Report section to add/edit/delete any questions. Once that is saved, exit out of the template and click the ellipsis or 3 dots to the far right of said template to apply it to your relevant projects.
Survey questions will be applied to projects on the following day.
