Raken’s photo watermark feature automatically adds critical information such as location, timestamp and your company’s logo to every project picture, helping to streamline communication, increase transparency and reduce risk.
Enabling Photo Watermarks Captured in the Raken Mobile App
Company Level
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click on the Company tab found at the top of the page.
On the page that appears select the Project Template option.
Select the template for which you would like to enable photo watermarks.
On the project template page that appears click the Watermark dropdown.
Click the checkbox that says Enable Watermark for this project.
Enable those items you would like included in the water mark by clicking the checkbox next to the option. Those options that can be included in the watermark are found below.
Include Company Logo
Include Company Name
Include Project Name
Include Timestamp
Include GPS Coordinates
Include Auto-Generated Location
You also optionally choose where the watermark is found on the photo.
Once the desired options are enabled click the Save button found at the top right corner of the page.
Select the project template for which Watermarks are enabled.
Apply the template to the desired projects.
Once applied Watermarks are then enabled for those photos captured in the mobile app that are associated with the projects which had the template applied.
Project Level
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click on the Project tab that is found at the top of the page.
Select the project for which you would like to enable watermarks.
Click the Settings menu on the left side of the page.
Select the option titled Photos.
On the page that appears you can enable photo watermarks by switching the toggle found at the top of the page.
Enable those items you would like included in the water mark by clicking the checkbox next to the option. Those options that can be included in the watermark are found below.

You also optionally choose where the watermark is found on the photo.

Watermarks are then enable for those photos captured in the mobile app that are associated with the project for which you enabled watermarks.
Once Watermarks are enabled those users of the Raken mobile app will continue to use the Raken mobile app in the same way and water marks will be applied to their photos automatically.
