Raken Production Tracking gives you the tools you need to easily collect timely, detailed production data straight from the field. Check out the video below to learn how to create time and material quantity entries in Raken’s Production tab.

Steps

To get started, open your Raken mobile or web app and navigate to an active project — or create a new one, if needed. 

To record a Time Entry for a Person: 

  1. Navigate to the Production tab under the selected project from the left side menu. 

  2. Select the Time Cards section, then click the + Time Card button in the top right-hand corner.

  3. From the drop-down menu, add the team member from your preloaded worker list, and select Continue in the bottom right. 

  4. Enter the Hours worked and apply the associated Cost Code and Classification for the work completed. 

  5. Tap Create in the top right-hand corner to save the time entry.

To record a Time Entry for a Crew: 

  1. Navigate to the Production tab under your selected project from the left side menu.

  2. Select the Time Cards section, then click the + Time Card button in the top right-hand corner.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select and add team member/s to your timecard, then tap Continue in the bottom right-hand corner.

  4. Next, you can name the time card (for a crew)

  5. To easily manage multiple workers' hours at once, click on the orange Edit All button in the upper right-hand corner.

  6. Enter the Hours worked, apply a Pay Type, Classification, Shift, or Cost Code, then tap Save to apply the changes to all workers in that timecard.

  7. To edit individual workers' time, location each worker's time and edit manually, if needed.

  8. Tap Save to log the time entry.

To record a Material Quantity Entry: 

  1. Navigate to the Production tab under your selected project from the left side menu.

  2. Select the Materials section, then click on Add Material Log

  3. Tap Select a Material to add a material from your preloaded list.

  4. Enter the Quantity Unit of Measurement used and apply the associated Cost Code.

  5. Optional: Add a Description, Photo, or other Attachment to provide more detail to your quantity entry.

  6. Click Save to log your Material Quantity Entry.

Considerations

In order to use Production Tracking you must be a Professional or Performance Plan user.
