Process payroll faster with the Raken + Paychex integration. Save time and eliminate errors caused by manual data entry by simply exporting timecard data from Raken into a pre-formatted CSV file and uploading it into your Paychex account.
Steps
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click the Company tab at the top of the page.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Click on the tile for Paychex to open the integration settings.
Click the orange + Enable button in the top right.
Click the Settings button that is found on the far left side of the page.
You will configure the Paychex integration to match the configuration of your Paychex account.
You will specify the mapping for the job number field as it is found in Paychex.
You will specify your Paychex Company Number.
You will specify whether Labor Override should be enabled or disabled.
Your Paychex integration is enabled, and your Raken Timecard and Payroll CSV reports will now match the Paychex format for easy importing.
