Project Management Integrations Overview

Raken integrates with the leading project management platforms so your field data — daily reports, photos, checklists, toolbox talks, and more — flows automatically into your project management system. This article explains what's available and how each integration works.


What's Available

Raken supports three project management integrations:

  • Procore — Sync daily reports, photos, checklists, toolbox talks, and RFI PDFs to Procore Documents. Access Raken directly inside Procore via the embedded partner card.

  • Autodesk Construction Cloud — Sync daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks to BIM 360 or ACC Build Documents. Access Raken directly inside your Autodesk account via the embedded partner card.

  • InEight — Transfer daily reports, subcontractor reports, photos, videos, and PDF attachments into InEight's Document Management module.


How It Works

All three integrations follow a similar pattern:

  1. Connect — Navigate to Company > Integrations in Raken, click the tile for your platform, and authenticate with your credentials.

  2. Link projects — Map your Raken projects to their corresponding projects in the third-party platform.

  3. Sync automatically — Once linked, signed daily reports, photos, checklists, and toolbox talks sync automatically to your connected platform.

Are these integrations available on all plans?

All three integrations require the Performance Plan.

Who sets up the integrations?

Integrations are configured by Account Administrators from Company > Integrations. They are self-service — no CS onboarding required.


Technical Specifications

  • Compatibility: Web app only

  • Plan required: Performance Plan for all integrations

  • Role required: Account Administrator to configure


Considerations

  • All project management integrations require the Performance Plan.

  • Data syncs after daily reports are signed — unsigned reports are not transferred.

  • Each integration requires an active account with the third-party platform.
