Raken's integration with Sage Intacct automatically syncs your Projects, Workers, Cost Codes, Classifications, and Pay Types between Sage Intacct and Raken every 5 minutes — so your data is always up to date. When it's time to process payroll, push your completed time cards back to Sage Intacct with a click.

How It Works

Once connected, the following data syncs from Sage Intacct to Raken every 5 minutes:

  • Projects — synced as Raken Projects

  • Employees — synced as Raken Workers

  • Cost Codes — synced as Raken Cost Codes

  • Classifications — synced as Raken Classifications

  • Time Types — synced as Raken Pay Types

When it's time to process payroll, you export completed time cards from Raken Timesheets and push them back to Sage Intacct with a click.

Your Raken integration specialist manages the connection process. Here's what to expect:

  1. Request & eligibility review — Contact your CS Manager or email help@rakenapp.com. Your specialist confirms you have an active Performance Plan and an active Sage Intacct instance.

  2. Intro call — Your specialist reviews the integration data mapping and captures your configuration preferences.

  3. Data cleanup — Your specialist helps align your Raken data with Sage Intacct records before connecting to avoid duplicate entries.

  4. Connection & initial sync — Your specialist connects the integration and confirms the initial data sync is successful.

  5. Time card sync test — You run a test time card sync together to confirm the end-to-end flow is working.

  6. Go live — Your team starts using the integration as part of your standard payroll process.


How to Sync Time Cards to Sage Intacct

  1. Log into the Raken web app and click Time in the left side navigation.

  2. Click Time cards, then click Timesheets.

  3. Select the pay period you want to sync.

  4. Select all or specific time cards, then click Sync.

You need an active Sage Intacct instance. Your integration specialist will share the specific data requirements with you during the onboarding process.
