Raken's integration with Sage Intacct allows teams to fully automate the data transfer process so that your most critical information is no longer siloed and is free of any errors in all systems. This allows the field team to capture time cards on the job with the confidence of knowing they are using data that is in sync with your ERP and will be easily pushed back to Sage Intacct when it's time to process payroll.


Overview

Raken's integration with Sage Intacct is designed to relieve the manual process of exporting data from Sage and importing or manually entering it Raken. Once integrated, your Projects, Workers, Cost Codes, and Classifications in Raken will be kept in sync with your Sage Intacct database. Every 5 minutes Raken and Sage Intacct sync with one another to ensure your data is accurate and up to date. This eliminates the pain and the worry that usually is associated with managing your resource lists in both systems. When it's time to process payroll, you can easily push your Time Cards back to Sage Intacct with the click of a button.

  1. Preparation - A Raken integration specialist will assist your organization in preparing your Sage Intacct account and Raken account for the integration. Additionally the Raken integration specialist will assist your organization in gathering all the necessary information for a successful integration.

  2. Onboarding - A Raken integration specialist will guide your organization through the steps that will allow data from Sage Intacct to sync directly with Raken.

  3. Implementation - A Raken integration specialist will assist your organization in ensuring all desired data is in Raken and that all relevant team members are trained on how to operate Raken using the integration in the long term.
