Raken's Summary Reports give executives and project stakeholders a high-level overview of project progress without the detail of a full daily report. They can be run on demand or scheduled for automatic weekly or monthly delivery — so the right people stay informed without any manual effort.

Quick Answer

To generate a Summary Report, log into the Raken web app, open your project, click the Reports button, and select Project summary. Configure your project scope, time frame, and recipient email, then click Send.

What the Project Summary Report Includes

The Project Summary report provides a high-level overview of activity across your selected projects for a given period. It captures daily log entries, manpower counts, compliance status, and key project metrics in a single export — designed for stakeholders who need the big picture without the line-item detail.

How to Generate a Summary Report

  1. Log into the Raken web app.

  2. Click Projects and open a project.

  3. Click the Reports button in the top right corner.

  4. Select Project summary from the dropdown.

  5. Select your Project scope — Active projects, Active and inactive projects, Selected projects, or Selected project groups.

  6. Select your Time frame.

  7. Enter the recipient email address in Send to.

  8. Click Send to run once, or click the Scheduled tab to set up automatic recurring delivery.
