RFI Report

Troubleshooting & FAQ

The RFI report shows no RFIs — why?

The RFI report reflects RFIs that have been created on the selected project. If no RFIs have been logged for the project, the report PDF will show empty columns and zero totals. Start by creating RFIs in the RFIs section of the project.

Can I schedule the Certifications report to run every month?

Yes. Use the Scheduled tab and set the time frame to Expiring in Current Month to receive an automatic monthly report of certifications coming up for renewal.

Does the Certifications report show certifications for all employees or just those on the project?

The scope depends on your project scope selection. Selecting Active projects exports certification data for employees assigned to active projects. Selecting All certifications under time frame returns all certifications regardless of expiration.
