Once your daily reports are signed, Raken can automatically distribute them to internal stakeholders and external partners—so everyone stays informed without manual effort.

To add report email recipients:
Log into the Raken Web App.
Click Projects and select your project.
Scroll down in the left menu, click Settings, then select Daily Reporting.
Click the Recipients tab.
Enter email addresses under Internal members or External members.
Select your preferred send time and click Save.
How to Add Report Email Recipients on the Web
Step 1: Open Your Project
Log into the Raken Web App. Click Projects in the left side navigation bar and select the project you want to configure.
Step 2: Navigate to Daily Reporting Settings
Scroll down in the left side menu, click the Settings dropdown, and select Daily Reporting.
Step 3: Open the Recipients Tab
On the Daily Reporting settings page, click the Recipients tab.
Step 4: Add Email Addresses
Enter email addresses for people who should receive the completed daily report:
Internal members — People who should receive the full daily report (e.g., project managers, company leadership).
External members — People who need a high-level summary of daily progress (e.g., owners, clients, general contractors).
Step 5: Set the Send Time
Choose when the completed report should be delivered:
On sign — The report is sent immediately when it is signed.
Scheduled time — The report is sent the following day at a specific time. We recommend between 2–6 AM so it's at the top of recipients' inboxes by morning.
Step 6: Save
Click the Save button in the top right corner of the page.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Can I add external stakeholders like a general contractor or owner?
Yes. Add their email addresses under the External members section. External recipients receive a summary version of the report, not the full internal report.
Can I set a different recipient list per project?
Yes. Recipients are configured per project under Settings > Daily Reporting > Recipients. Each project can have a unique distribution list.
What time zone is used for scheduled sends?
The scheduled send time is based on the time zone set in your Raken account settings.
