Troubleshooting & FAQ
The Production quantities report shows no data — why?
Production quantity data comes from materials logged in your Daily logs or Production section. If your team hasn't logged any material quantities for the selected project and time frame, the report will be empty. Confirm that Production Tracking is enabled and that your field team is logging materials.
Can I filter the Production worksheet to a specific cost code?
Yes. Use the Cost codes search field in the report modal to select one or more specific cost codes. Leave the field blank to include all cost codes in the export.
What's the difference between the Equipment snapshot and the Equipment logs report?
The Equipment snapshot is a point-in-time view of asset status — it shows where each piece of equipment currently is and its utilization metrics. The Equipment logs report is a historical activity record — it shows what happened with each piece of equipment on each day, including operator, hours, fuel, and deficiencies.

Considerations
Production reports (Production quantities, Production summary, Production worksheet) require Production Tracking to be active on your account. Contact us at help@rakenapp.com to learn more about upgrading.
Equipment data must be entered by your team in Raken before it appears in any equipment report — the reports reflect what has been logged, not live GPS or sensor data.
The Small equipment snapshot runs as a current-state export with no time frame filter — it reflects what is deployed across your projects at the moment the report is run.
