Troubleshooting and FAQ
Will Inactive or Deleted projects still appear on my dashboard?
No. Inactive and Deleted projects are hidden from your project list and dashboard on both web and mobile. This keeps your active workspace focused.
Can I recover a Deleted project?
Yes. Change the Project State back to Active or Inactive at any time to restore visibility. Deleting a project in Raken does not permanently remove the data.
Does changing a project state affect existing reports?
No. All reports and data remain intact regardless of project state. The state setting only affects how the project appears in your project list and dashboard.
